Nursery, LKG & UKG
  • The school follows a play-based, activity-oriented approach as recommended by NEP 2020.
  • There will be no formal examinations.
  • Promotion will be based on regular attendance and continuous progress.
  • Emphasis will be on holistic development of the child.
  • Assessment will be continuous and observational.

  • The academic session is divided into two terms with four evaluation tests.
  • The child will be evaluated throughout the year on various parameters.
  • Re-test policy applies only in case of medical conditions, subject to prior approval and mandatory medical reports.
  • If a child is absent for both evaluation tests or term exams in any subject, the cumulative result for that term will not be compiled.
  • Internal marks will be based on projects, viva, spellings, mental maths, SEA, notebook work, etc. It may vary from subject to subject.

Preparatory Stage (ages 8–11)

Grade III to V

The CBSE curriculum for the Preparatory Stage (Classes 3 to 5, ages 8 to 11), based on the National Curriculum Framework (NCF) 2023, shifts education from rote learning to holistic development.

Our key objectives :

  • Active learning: Emphasizes activity-based, experiential, and inquiry-driven classroom learning.
  • Language proficiency: Focuses on developing robust reading, writing, and speaking skills.
  • Mathematical thinking: Encourages logical reasoning and problem-solving over simple memorization

GRADE III TO V

  • Child will be evaluated throughout the year on various parameters.
  • The academic year is divided into 4 evaluation tests.
  • First two rounds of evaluation tests will be cumulated as term 1 result and the other two rounds will be cumulated as term 2 results.
  • No retest will be conducted for any Evaluation Test missed by the students. In case a student misses any one Evaluation Test of a subject in a Term due to medical or any other Bonafide reason, 75% marks of the test taken by the student in the same Term will be considered for average.
  • Kindly note that in case a student is absent for both the Evaluation Test, either Term 1 or Term 2 Exam for any subject, the cumulative result for the Term will not be compiled.
  • Internal marks will be based on the following parameters (like projects, viva, spellings, mental math, SEA, notebook, etc.). It will vary from subject to subject.
  • SCHOLASTIC AREA: Whole academic year will be divided into two terms.
