Earth Day

Earth Day was celebrated in Seth Anandram Jaipuria School, Greater Noida West, filled with great Zeal and enthusiasm. To instil a sense of responsibility towards the environment in students, the school organised a plantation drive, which enabled the students to contribute to making the planet Earth a better place. By participating in this drive, students also learnt the importance of environmental conservation and also got actively involved in making a positive change. A special assembly was also conducted to mark the occasion. During this assembly, various types of presentations on the significance of Earth Day were delivered. Students presented some melodious songs and passionate and expressive dance performances on the theme of Earth Day. The Principal, Ms Shweta Mishra made students aware of their responsibilities towards the environment. All the students also designed beautiful and colourful posters, acknowledging their duties towards ‘Mother Nature’. All the students enthusiastically participated in the programmes organised in the school to commemorate Earth Day and learnt about the importance of Earth Day.
