Entrance Assessments/ Interviews

  •   There will be a written assessment for the students seeking admission to Class I onwards.
  •   Results will be displayed on the Notice Board on the dates specified.

WITHDRAWAL RULES :

  •   Application for withdrawal is to be made on a prescribed proforma available in the school office. No child is withdrawn till a written request from parents is put up.
  •   A one- month notice period or one- month notice fee is required for withdrawal.
  •   Clearance must be obtained from the laboratory and library incharge before applying for withdrawal.
  •   Transfer Certificate will be issued after 15 days of the receipt of the application and clearance of all dues. procedures and terms & conditions.

BUS / VAN RULES :

  •   Request for using the bus / van must be made at the beginning of the session i.e. in the month of April. No request will be entertained during the mid session.
  •   Existing routes will continue to ply. Change in routes and bus / van stops will not be entertained during the session.
  •   It will be the sole responsibility of the parents to escort the pupil to and from the fixed bus stops. The bus / van facility is extended at the sole risk and responsibility of the parents.
  •   Any suggestions or complaints should be reported to the transport incharge. Parents are expected to treat the bus / van staff kindly.

RIGHT TO ALTERATION / MODIFICATION :

  •   Management reserves the right to modify, alter and/or include any other terms and conditions that may be deemed fit in the interest of the Institution.
  •   Seth Anandram Jaipuria School reserves its right to change the Fee Structure.

MEDICAL FACILITY :

We have ‘an experienced doctor and a trained nurse’ to provide necessary first aid to the students in time of emergency. An annual health checkup including dental and eye check-up by specialists is a regular feature along with maintaining medical record of each and every child. Health advisory on prevention of various diseases like swine flu, dengue, chicken pox, etc. is also a regular feature.

Please Note

  •   Students will be provided first aid only in the school premises in case of medical problem.
  •   In case of chronic diseases, school will only inform the parents telephonically. Parents will be expected to reach school at the earliest.
  •   Expenses on first aid will be borne by the school. All other expenses in case of hospitalization/ visit to private clinic / medicine will be borne by the parents.

PROCEDURE FOR FEE PAYMENT :

    •   At the time of admission, fee is payable by bank draft / pay order only at the school office.
    •  Cheque should be drawn in favor of “Seth Anandram Jaipuria School” payable at Greater Noida (West).
    •   Fee is to be paid in advance for every three months before 10th of the first month. Fee once paid is not refundable, unless specified otherwise.
    •   Payment of fee by cheque shall be accepted by our banker upto 10th of the first month of a term in which the payment falls due. Thereafter payment will be accepted by the school office through cheques only.

CANCELLATION OF ADMISSION / REFUND POLICY OF FEES :

  •   Seth Anandram Jaipuria School Greater Noida West reserves the right to cancel the admission / registration of the student during any period of the academic session. Once the student admission process is completed, no refund of fees to the student would be entertained.

CANCELLATION BY THE PARENT :

  •   If the parent chooses to withdraw the admission of the student from the school for any reason whatsoever, no refund of amount paid would be given back.
  •   If for any reason, the parent / student has paid in excess of the required amount at any time during the academic session either by cheque, draft, credit/debit card, Electronic Fund Transfer or cash, the excess fee amount collected would be adjusted against the ensuing term payments.

CANCELLATION BY SETH ANANDRAM JAIPURIA SCHOOL, GREATER NOIDA :

  •   If circumstances cause Seth Anandram Jaipuria School, Greater Noida to cancel the admission, the school will inform the student / parent concerned regarding the reasons for cancellation.
  •   In the event of the case for cancellation of admission being found genuine and legitimate, the school management will refund the fees (amount to be considered on a case to case basis) to the / student by means of a crossed cheque in favour of the name of the parent.
